Our PR project will be to first identify which sources and what methods we will be employing to reach out to the follwoing groups.

Editors / Journalists

We will want this approach to be both mass outreach and personal contact. The goal of the mass outreach will be to generate incoming interest communication and to build a targeted dasebase for personal contact.  The primary focus we will be the personal ongoing contact of strategicly aligned media outlets, such as free lance writers that cover small business interests and editors for business and finance areas of publications.  Another focus here we be all online media outlet sources such as blog writers for small business and finance.

Lenders / Credit Providers

Here we want to update our data records and gain active participation of all lenders and credit providers that are reporting to the business credit agencies.  For this to be possible we will need cooperation of the business credit reporting agencies so that we have access to who is reporting tradeline data to them.  We will start with a data refresh of our existing 4,424 lender records and asking the question of who they reoprt to.

SBA / SCORE / SBDC

For this PR program we want to focus on the new top management  for the Small Business Administration which we already know is Karen Mills and then the team that she appoints to run the Service Corps of Retired Executives and to head up the Small Business Development Centers. This should be a top down effort where the the goal is to have our free Business Funding Management Center be introducted to every business that the SCORE counselors touch and that contact an SBDC center for assistance.  Our current records show 290 SCORE offices and 874 Small Business Development Centers.  A program to contact and update each of these will be put in place.
